Charlemagne halted an Islamic Invasion of Western Europe at the same time a series of Blood Moon lunar eclipses transpired during the Jewish Holidays of Passover and Sukkot in the years 795 – 796 AD.

Europe Islamic DMZCharlemagne began to conquer the former Visigoth states which had been captured by the Muslims or had become allied with them. By 795 AD, Charlemagne had created the Marca Hispanica, a buffer zone between modern day France and Spain to defend the Frankish Kingdom in Northern Europe from Islamic invasions of the Moors. Millions of Christians were brutally killed by Muslim Moors in the Islamic Umayyad conquest of African and Spain before Charlemagne could finally secure Western Europe once and for all.
